I'm an author, can I use your services for book painting and licensed merchandise?
Absolutely! We often take on work directly with authors to create special editions they can offer directly to their readers. We do not have a minimum order amount, but the more you buy in one go, the better pricing options we can offer. Licencing agreements can be created so we can work together to create the perfect merchandise for your books!
I'm looking for a book that you don't have listed. Do you take on custom order requests?
We do take on custom orders, and have a few options to make sure you get the exact service you are hoping for. Please pop us a message to discuss which books you would like to have painted.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are UK based but ship to almost all locations around the world. When you go to checkout, it should automatically calculate shipping to your country. This DOES NOT include any tax or customs fees. Please check this before ordering so you don't get any surprises!
Do you ever sell damaged or reduced cost copies?
We usually list any 'imperfect' copies on our Instagram stories, so be sure to keep an eye out for these sales. They will be significantly discounted and any damages or imperfections will be noted.
How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Our current turnaround time is approximately a week. If your order is likely to exceed this, we will get in touch to make sure you are aware! For sticker and merch orders, we can usually dispatch within a couple days. Please consider public holidays, as we do not have a shipping service accessible on these days.
